SHIPPING METHODS & COST

Domestic and International shipping has a standard rate for first class, and we also offer priority shipping times through USPS. Please note: Due to COVID-19, it may take a little longer than usual to receive your order. All items are made in small batches throughout the week, and we aim to get your order shipped without 2-5 business days. All orders are shipped with complementary insurance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders typically arrive between 2 to 3 weeks.

Non-US residents: Please note that your order ships from the US and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. While we try our very best to keep international shipping costs low, your country’s import fees are out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.

PRE ORDERS

Pre order items will ship within 2 days of the date listed on the product. Please check your item dates carefully. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 4-7 days for your item to arrive once it ships out.

International orders will be shipped with insurance, we sometimes utilize USPS depending on location. Please expect a few weeks for international shipments. Chloé Elizabeth is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. However if you believe your order has been lost and has been marked delivered, please contact us- we’re here to help.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
