SHIPPING METHODS 

Domestic and International shipping has a standard rate for first class, and we also offer priority shipping through USPS. Please note: Due to COVID-19, it may take a little longer than usual to receive your order. Products are made in small batches throughout the week, and we aim to get your order shipped within 2-5 business days. All orders are shipped with complementary insurance.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders typically arrive between 2 to 3 weeks.

Non-US residents: Please note that your order ships from the US and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. While we try our very best to keep international shipping costs low, your country’s import fees are out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.

PRE ORDERS

Pre order items will ship within 12 days of the date listed on the product. Please check your item dates carefully. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If purchased around a holiday, please anticipate holiday shipping delays. Please allow 4-7 days for your item to arrive once it ships out. 

International orders will be shipped with insurance, we sometimes utilize USPS depending on location. Please expect a few weeks for international shipments. Chloé Elizabeth is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. However if you believe your order has been lost and has been marked delivered, please contact us- we’re here to help.

SUSTAINABILITY PROMISE

Sustainability is a central part of ĆE. We want you to feel good about your purchase, so we are making the switch to using 100% recycled packaging in packaging in 2023. Damaged or unused product and textiles are donated locally in Austin Texas or taken to the closest  textile recycling programs.  By combining our investment in fair pay labor, minimizing physical waste, we aim to do our fair share in taking care of our community.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We offer Package Protection with every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please email chloelizabethbusiness@gmail.com.
